Charities are permitted to participate 10 days per year. All charities are carefully selected each year and those charities not selected are placed on a waiting list for possible selection in the future.

To participate in “Games of Chance”, a New Hampshire charity must be eligible to be
licensed by the NH Lottery Commission, Racing & Charitable Gaming Division.
Licensing requirements include that the Charity must be registered as a tax-exempt
organization with the Internal Revenue Service, be registered and in Good Standing with
the NH Charitable Trust, and have been registered with the NH Secretary of State for at
least two years and be in Good Standing. Information on licensing may be found on the
